Organizer workflow
- 1. Brief: tell us the location, date and group size.
- 2. Design: routes, checkpoints, clues and scoring are set up in the Cluevo admin console.
- 3. Invite: participants install the app and join.
- 4. Run: teams play while scores update on the leaderboard.

How many people can take part?
Teams of players take part together. We agree the number of participants and teams with you and confirm it in your proposal.
How long does an event last?
Duration depends on the route and the number of checkpoints. We agree it with you for your event.
Where can it take place?
Cluevo adventures are built around real locations that people can walk: a city district, a resort, a campus or an office floor. Tell us your location in the enquiry form and we will say what is possible.
What do participants need?
A smartphone with the Cluevo app. Some challenges use the camera (QR codes, photos) and the phone's location (GPS). The Cluevo app is available on Google Play for Android. An iPhone version is not publicly available yet, so we confirm device options with you.
Can the adventure be customized?
Yes. Custom Quest is designed around your location, goals and brand. Clues, checkpoints and scoring are editable in the Cluevo admin console.
