Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to site owners.
How we use cookies
The Cluevo marketing website (cluevo.app) does not set any tracking cookies. The Cluevo admin console uses session cookies necessary to maintain your authenticated session. The Cluevo mobile app is not a website and does not use cookies — Firebase Authentication stores a token in secure device storage instead.
Types of cookies and storage we use
Strictly necessary — Session tokens for the admin console, and browser localStorage on the marketing site remembering your theme choice (light / dark / system) and whether you've cleared the launch gate. These cannot be disabled without breaking the site.
Analytics — We use Plausible for cookieless, privacy-first website analytics. It records anonymised pageviews and CTA clicks. No IP address is stored, no cross-site identifier is set, no cookies are dropped. See Plausible's privacy statement.
No advertising or tracking cookies — We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking.
Currently active third-party cookies
Cluevo does not load third-party advertising or tracking scripts. Plausible analytics is cookieless. We will update this policy if that changes.
Managing cookies and storage
You can control and delete cookies and site data through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect the functionality of the admin console. Browser-specific guidance:
